"You, Me, and Adult A.D.D.: Success Strategies for Couples"Most adults with ADHD struggle for years before learning that they have it. Consequently, they have developed distorted explanations of their challenges as well as poor coping strategies to deal with them. In parallel fashion, their partners have struggled, too, never knowing that AD/HD might at least partially explain their interpersonal distress and developing their own poor coping skills. How can these couples let go of counterproductive strategies and create more effective ones so they can heal their lives and their relationships? By following a five-part strategy for success.
