This session is presented by the Community Education Service of the Child and Adolescent Addictions and Mental Health Portfolio and Psychiatry (CAAMHPP) of Alberta Health Services in partnership with the University of Calgary. Level I: This session presents an overview ADHD and would best meet the needs of families and/or professionals with little to no knowledge of, or experience, with this topic.This presentation will focus on discussing current trends in the treatment of ADHD and the impact of the disorder on social and academic functioning among school age children.
